Dear mrpheer,

We appreciate that you chose eBay to list the following auction-style listing(s):

4632540952 - Honda : VTX

However, your listing was in violation of eBay's Keyword Spamming policy and has been removed from eBay. We have credited all associated fees to your account and notified eBay users associated with the transaction that it has been cancelled.

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know what part of your listing is not permitted.

Your listing(s) contains the following information:

Not Harley Davidson

Keyword spamming is not permitted on eBay. This occurs when members place brand names or other inappropriate keywords in a title or description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting members to a listing.

Sellers are not permitted to make comparisons to different items or brand names in the listing title. As such comparison words such as "like," "style," and "not" must be avoided. For example, the following would not be permitted:

"Shirt not Pants"
"Shoes not Shirt"
"Drill not Saw" ... etc.

For more information on Keyword Spamming visit the following Help page:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/keyword-spam.html

whats funny is, a guy who saw the ad before they removed it sent me a $500 deposit on the bike this evening and is flying in on saturday morning to pick it up. So screw Ebay.

I relisted the bike again on a 3 day auction though just incase the deal falls thru.

blue book value is just a number that banks use to determine how much they will lend on a vehicle. If it was possible to buy bikes like mine at blue book numbers, I'd need a much bigger garage because I'd be buying bikes all the time. People have offered me blue book value before and I didnt even waste my time laughing at them. I've also never had a problem selling my bikes for way over what kelly blue book says they are worth. I ended up selling that bike for several thousand over what a new one costs from the dealer.
