First club meeting of 2009 and hoping to have a great turnout. We need as many SCS members and prospects present to vote for our 2009 SCS OFFICERS and also Club Dues are due and will be collected at the meeting. Members that cannot make it for the meeting can always PM us officers for your VOTE for 2009 SCS Officers....your Vote counts. Thank You Peeps!!!!!!

I was at last years when I wasn't even a prospect. All you guys did was ask the non-members to go sit by the fires while the members held their discussions and voting.

No... the voting will take up a few minutes while the non-members can hang out.

This is correct. And matter of fact, we will have all of the preliminary work done so the vote shouldn't take long.

Do we have a place for all of our rules including issues like people who can attend meetings during voting season? i could have sworn there were times long ago where we had member only meets/prospecting and a remember them having to do with voting? i think i need to brush up... but i see none of this info anywhere..

The first couple of years the annual officer election meetings were closed meetings, only allowing members/prospects only, but after careful consideration, us officers at the time decided that the elections took up little of the meeting time so we opened it up to all, and as said, we just ask non-members/non-prospects to step away while we take care of the annual elections.
