II. Prospect Reports
- Kevin – Transports from Kingman and is working long hours.
- Corbin – Bike is fixed so he is now able to ride.

III. Prospect Vote into SCS
- No prospect vote in this month

IV. New Prospects
- No new prospects to vote in this month

V. SCS Pole Position Outing
- Thanks to everyone that came out. Everyone had a great time and we are looking forward to doing another. Suggest came up to take on another club in a 6 man team relay race. More to come.

VI. SCS Spookbike Ride
- Thank you to all that attend. It was a great time with great friends.

VII. KLUC Toy Drive
- We will collect toys from now until Dec. Please start bringing toys to different events we have so we may start collecting for the run
- We will ride the toys out. Bicycles are encouraged
- We want to have a good showing when we deliver

VIII. SCS Holiday Party
- Danielle from CandleLighters is our contact. The secretary will contact her to get our family and an officer will post when the family is received.
- The family will register at Target for their wish list. The parents will be included in the wish list.
- The party will be held at Freddie’s house
- A poll will be put up to determine the date of the party

IX. Officer's Reports
- Pres – Nothing to add
-Greg at Cycle gear has always hooked SCS up whenever needed. If you need something, go to Greg first as he will go out of his way to help us out.
- VP – TWT – Get more of the club out there. At least on officer from the club will host a TWT so an officer will always be at one.
- Treasurer – Unable to attend
- Secretary – Thank you to all that attended Pat and my Halloween party.
- Will be planning our last AAH for the year for sometime in December
- Sgt-at-Arms – Still going without a bike.
- A decision was made to track the club funds better than we have in the past.

X. Open Discussion
- MARS – Due to the Secretary’s surgery, the MARS events have past. ALL events were posted individually on the website so nothing would be missed.
- Arson has become Corbin’s sponsor
- Officer nominations – Start thinking who you want to nominate. There is a thread on the board for those nominations. Descriptions of the different positions are posted on the site. If you need further information, contact the current officer in that position for more.
- Discussed that prospecting will extend back to 6 months so they have a better understanding of the expectations of the club. If you invest time and effort in prospecting into the club, you need to do the same as a member. In a club you only get out of it, what you put into it.
- Keep in mind that ANYONE can post up a ride. No one can complain that they aren’t enough rides when they are waiting for someone else to post it up.
- We are way past due in a tech day. A suggestion was made to have it open to everyone and not just members. Just limit the number of bikes. More to come on follow.
- Need new picture of SCS members in front of the Las Vegas sign. A lot more new and different members in the club now. More to follow.
