I Ride: Lots of Kawasakis
As some of you know I was laid of by Kawasaki, but now they have asked me to help with projects that they cannot do on their own. They have asked me to have people ride the new Z1000 and get there honest opinions for a internal (and possible public) video. I need to hit as many different groups/demographics as possible for the project. I immediately thought that SCS would be a great resource, and it would give the club a chance to take a spin on a 2010 model no strings attached.

So here's the question: Who want's to ride the Z1000 in vegas next tuesday? maybe at the TWT?

All you have to do is sign a waiver and be willing to be give your HONEST opinion on video. There is no pay or goodies or gifts as we want this to be unbiased as possible. I won't even ask any questions, you just talk about your ride.

Let me know, what you guys think. If I can get 20 or so to say they are in, I will throw this suckers on a trailer and come out to vegas.

I would like 20 at least, but I would like a nice back drop of a crowded TWT. how many members do you usually get? You are also welcome to invite other clubs as well. I know for a fact we can get the SCS vest in a few shots for sure.

Damn, too bad I have to work Tuesday night, as I would like to ride it too. That's a sharp looking bike!

In my honest opinion though, I think it takes the entire day of riding the bike to honestly get a good feel and review of the bike. Taking it for a spin for 5-10 minutes doesn't provide enough riding time to generate the bikes pro's and con's. But something is better than nothing.

Sounds like it's going to be a very long night. 20 people test riding the bike at 5-10 minutes a pop will go on for hours, especially if somebody really likes it and doesn't come back!

Can the bike be ridden during the day on Tuesday?
I am available, and would like to take it for a few laps around red rock.
Good testing area due to the different types of turns/straights and several other factors.
I'd still be down for twt later that night.
