I'd like to thank all of you at SCS for putting together, and pulling off, Gleno's Memorial Ride. It was quite a sight to see, and quite an event to have been a part of. Thanks also to the Rough Riders for the job they did on traffic control. I'm one of the moderators from BMWST.COM. As many of you know, Gleno was very active on our board, and had plenty of friends over there, too. His death has affected us tremendously. Many of our members came in for the weekend, and all who rode in took part in the memorial ride. It was heartwarming to be at the ride Sunday morning and see more and more and more bikes continuously showing up until it finally was time to leave. We paraded without a permit, blocked traffic, ran stop signs and red lights, rode on the shoulder, and went above the speed limit; Gleno would have loved it! From our group to yours, thanks again. I know this is a terrible loss for you, too. Howard Rush Philly Flash |

Just as with Gleno, it is an honor to know all of you that came down or left messages on the boards. Losing Gleno was hard for most but I take refuge in knowing that I will see him again in a much better place. That may not be a consolation to some but, I feel it makes all the difference in the world to me. Snappy

I, also, am from BMWST.com, and am still finding my way around your web-site. I want to second Howard's "Thank you" to you all. Gleno's death hurt all of us. I was unable to make it to the memorial ride and services, but I'm hearing a lot of good stories of how well our folks were treated. Thanks also to the Rough Riders for what I hear was an excellent job of escorting the ride. I look forward to meeting some of you at Torrey, uh, ... I mean "Glenoville". :) Peter Danville, CA |

I'd like to third that thank you from the BMW group. Gleno always spoke highly of you guys and gals so I don't plan on being a stranger after finally meeting some of you. You guys and gals showed Teri and family how much Gleno meant to all of us and it was appreciated by all. I'm looking forward to riding with/meeting more of you in Torrey.

I'll be another one from the BMW site to echo Phillyflashes thank you. It was so awesome to be a part of something like that. All of us riden for one purpose. To honor a man that touched all of us in one way or another. Hope to see a lot of you in Glenoville this spring. We've got to tear up those roads for him.
