So far, so good. *As of this morning Les said that her neck felt good enough to ride there. *Let's keep our fingers crossed.

As for costume for tonight, she said that she was going to be Lady Godiva.

weather.com shows 40% chance of showers at 6pm but clear skies at 9pm. Guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

Bah. Out of all the times that we worried about rain on a ride, only once did it happen. Of course I was one of those who stayed home fearing the rain. But not tonight.

I would like to compare it to riding in the flash-flood up in "Ootah", but it's a whole different animal here. Have I said recently that I wish we had the same quality roads down here?

No rain in sight!

I live right down the street from sunset staion and I don't see a single cloud in the sky... It's 5:40 now and no rain in sight. So if your scared of driving in the rain you have no excuse for not coming down tonight.

I'm headed over to Pei-Wei for some dinner before the fun, I'll be there at about 6:15.

Yea boyeee. That was good sheit. I am still laughing from seeing Pat when he rolled up. Too fuggin funny bro. You win the prize for making the most people think that they just saw a giant gorilla riding a motorcycle on the 95.

Oh, and I feel I should send Lajos some flowers or something after all the hugging and cuddling he gave me as we went through the last house. *Note to self* Don't ever be in front of Lajos when going through a haunted house. To feel safe from all the scary monsters, he likes to wrap both arms around whoever is in front of him and hold on for dear life. Good thing he's shorter than me, or I woulda felt violated the way he was poking my leg with (what I hope was) his keys.

Damn,

Looks like you guys had fun. I didn't get outta work until after 9 pm and I didn't know the exact route you guys were takin' (even though Shell posted up what houses you all were going to), so I didn't think I'd find you guys.

Sorry for not being there to watch the bikes for you guys...I was lookin' forward all week to this because I thought it would be cool. Damn it.

Now you know why I won't take my wife into one of those things. She woud be worse than you! The problem is she is 6'1" 190. You would have seen a gorrila flying outta the side of one of those walls if Jodi went in.

BTW...Thanks Maria, my sides we actually hurting from laughing so hard, that was fun!

A few things that stand out for me.

1. 2UPFZ1 Pat was too tall for the haunted houses. He was nearly smashed in the face by the collapsing wall in the first house, that was clearly made for shorter people. In the third house there was a part where the ceiling comes down and you have to duck before the door opened. Even crouched down the ceiling got stuck on Pat.

2. I think they picked on us in the first house, and it was all Lajos' fault. When the lady at the entrance asked for a key, Lajos told her that he had a real big "key" and that it probably wouldn't fit in her "little door".

3. The looks that we got from having a riding gorilla with us were priceless.

Lots of fun last night, can't wait for the next event. Maybe a group ride to the dam?
