1)Sin-City Sportbikes will meet every second Tuesday, 7:00 pm at RoadRunners.

4)TREASURER REPORT: We currently have $1013.10 in our account. Secretary still has cash box in safe.

5)PROSPECT REPORT:
1.Howie – Helped out at Scavy Hunt. Has been on a few rides. Got a flat tire on one of the rides.
2.John – Went on the Scavy Hunt and also went on a few rides with the group.
3.Stephon – Did not give report
4.Michael – Not in Attendance
5.Aaron – Went on Scavy Hunt and on the ride last Sunday.

NEW PROSPECTS:
1.Jerry (Bigdaddy1800) – Works at Belliago. Has been helping out in the safety areas and has come to several meetings. His wife’s name is Karen. Pat (vegasvideo) will be his sponsor.

6)CLUB EVENTS:
1.Scavy Hunt went great. Aaron was the top winner and won $25.
2.20 Oct – Adopt-a-Highway. Meet up at the overlook at 8:45 and then go to site at 9:00. Posted on board. This is a mandatory event for members and prospects.
3.26 Oct – Haunted Houses – “Spookbike Ride”. The ride will consist of 3 haunted houses for the price of $25. All information will be posted on our website so please keep you eye out. This is NOT a mandatory ride for members or prospects.

7)NEW/EXTENDED BUSINESS
1.Have new logo completed and will be sharing with SCS via the website. Business cards and t-shirts will be made with the new logo.
2.Pat (vegasvideo) discussed upcoming items for M.A.R.S. –
a.They are upgrading the site.
b.Looking into getting 501c.
c.Talked about some fundraisers they would like to have.
d.First event they would like to have is to find a big parking lot and have a safety event.
e.Eric thanked Pat for all his hard work he has been putting into this.

8)GROUP DISCUSSION
1.Angel paid his dues and was given a new patch.
2.Some members had site issues last week that is now resolved.

9)OFFICER REPORTS:
1.President – Nothing to add
2.VP – Discussed fact that this is first meeting with new format. Also mentioned that it is almost the end of the year and officer positions will be coming up. Keep in mind if you would like to nominate someone for a position or if you would like to nominate yourself for a position.
3.Sgt-At-Arms – Nothing to add
4.Secretary – Adopt a Highway
5.Treasurer – Not in attendance
