If the map is correct, it's near the REI store you see when you pull in from GVP. I'll be there, ready to ride with new tires and my new lid.

I agree. I'd rather be sleeping than getting ready for it. :-)

So I'm headed out on my way to TWT, I'm following a truck and didn't see it until it was to late.....I think it was an alternator or something, ran over it dead on and bent the hell out of my front wheel. I haven't got a chance to completly check out everything else underneath my bike but I am completely shocked as bent as my rim is the bead on the tire held for me to drive home. I have to look into my insureance to see if that would be covered. I'm afraid to find out the price on a new wheel since the back tire alone is $800. Any sugestions on the situation? I hope the insureance will cover without raising my rates..Anyways, that is why I was a no show for TWT, hope everyone had a better night than I did.

Depends on your insurance, but years ago, on the BMW, Glen ran over a 4x4 on the road. Farmers covered it but raised our rates something fierce, even tho it was thru no fault of his own. A truck had dropped some wood off the back. It was scary, especially since it was out past the dam and very dark. He kept the bike upright and managed to pull off the road, but had to be towed home. All in all, very expensive in the long run. I hope your insurance does better by you than Farmers did by us. Good luck on this Howie, T
