As many of you know I spent last weekend filming Lee Parks Advanced Riders Clinic in Phoenix. He was kind enough to volunteer his time to do a mini clinic at our MARS event.

I talked to him about doing a clinic the day after the Mars Event. He was very much up for the idea. It would take a minimum of 10 people to sign up for the class to pull it off. The course is $295.0 per person, and WELL worth it.

We are shooting for April 12th the MARS Event and April 13th for the Lee Parks Class.

Please post in so we can get a head count!

goto www.leeparksdesigns.com for more info on the class

I cannot stress enough how great a class this is....Just do it!

I'm leaning towards a yes but not certain yet. Dealing with financial issues since my girl is still out of a job. Will the price go down if say we get more than 50 people?

I'm IN. Even though I saw his class I still want to take it. And I doubt we can do the class with much more than 10 people, unless he brought a lot of extra instructors.

BTW, I'm halfway through his book. There's a ton on good information in it.

In, as long as we get this firmed up asap. I don't want to miss a chance to attend his class in Adelanto if this falls through.

I'm sorry guys but Pat and I won't be able to make it. I'll still be a resident at St. Rose Dominican Hospital on the 12th as my surgery is set for 10 Apr. Pat better be with me.

I saw the class as well and it seemed so easy to do but I know it's not so I am In.
If you guys could have seen how close a lot of riders where to dragging a knee on a figure eight. I just wanted to get on a bike so bad and try it.
It was such a great experience and I thank Pat a 1000 times for giving me the opportunity to experience it.

I am glad you enjoyed the experience. The class is WAAAAAY tougher than it looks. Remember the average experience of the riders in that class was about 10 years. The course will humble you real quick!

BTW. I hope to have at least 3 helmet cams ready by this date. I am going to use them for POV footage during the shoot. If you guys sign up and help out with MARS...you may be chosen to wear one!

I have a call into LVMS. They are a little busy this weekend, so I expect to hear back by next week.

Wonderful class! Lee is not only a talented author and rider, but an equally talented instructor (and all around nice guy). Any rider that has any fear of leaning over, or moving his butt off the seat, this class will cure it. This class is essentially like the next step beyond an advanced MSF course, and examines and teaches several valuable skills.

I took his class back in Jan'07 in CA. I personally consider it the single biggest factor in transforming me from a 16+ year "cruiser" rider, to a true "sportbike" rider. And, since his class I've continued down that particular rabbit hole! LOL.

Anyway, I did a write-up on his course shortly after I took it. If anyone is remotely interested, you can find the link here.

I spoke to Steve at Las Vegas Dyno Tech. He has agreed to Host the ARC Class on Sunday April 20th. As soon as Lee puts up a link on his site to sign up, I will post it.

In addition, we will be doing a MARS events the next night, Monday April 21st. Lee will be doing a live demo (45minute presentation), Steve will offer up some basic maintenance tips and $20.00 dyno pulls. We will have some prises and food as well. Stay tuned for more details.
