Very true , and thats why we need helmet laws , to keep stupid people alive and my insurance cheaper.

one thing that gets me is that you MUST wear a seat belt, but you don't have to wear a helmet. To me that makes no sense.

But hey, I'm pro choice so I guess it's all good. :)

Honestly can't answer that.... I believe they may mention they were wearing one.... or maybe if not, but as far as lecturing or anything, I can't honestly say as I have only seen a couple on the news here and it wasn't much of a story.... I don't watch much TV anymore.
