I spoke to the manager at cycle gear and he stated that it would be OK for us to setup a table at the poker run at cycle gear. I need a few volunteers to help out. Who's in?

We will need peeps in the am and then in the pm. Reg opens at 8:30 and the last folks will leave by noon. Raffles start at 5pm. It would be easier if we ran 2 shifts.

Actually, I think all we need to do is the afternoon at Cycle Gear. So you guys can ride then work the table of just show up that afternoon and help out.

I just spoke to Jeff at Cycle Gear. The riders should start showing up at Cycle Gear around 3pm. He said we could setup earlier. There should be a lot of people in and out all day because of their sale that day. I would like to be setup no later than 1pm. BTW...Anyone have an easy up? Mine broke
