LOL.... yeah, but I just wanted it over with. I really did have a good case, gave it serious thought before I settled.... but the agreement was fair and as they say... a bird in the hand. ;) Nice thing is, I keep my current site without further fear of them suing me again. :)

the legal papers made it seem more than what it was.... honestly Eric, it's really not that exciting. but it was an experience, that's for sure. I got one HELL of an education in trademark and first amendment law. The thing is, I just wonder how much better it could have been if I presented my case. but that is something we will never know.
