I Ride: GSXR-750
I am lookin at some new gloves, i saw these spidi , and i am trying to gauge something here, do these spidis look like the wrist strap actually goes around the wrist? love the wristless gloves, but want some wrist protection without the flare type gp gloves on the end that go over the jacket that stick out...

looking at the pictures on the site, it looks like the Velcro wrist strap goes half way around the wrist.

You just need some type of wrist strap that will keep the glove on your hand in a crash. If you can pull the glove off with the wrist strap on, then the glove wont do you much good. As Freddy pointed out, the Spidi's strap doesn't go all the way around the wrist. These are about the same:
