So I cannot find a map that matches my bike. Talking to some people I was told .... "the air intake is more important than the out put".

So if this is true, I set my powercommander with the barrons big air and the V&H pro pipe... (I have staggered big shots)...

Now this is causing the bike to run rich. Where I was getting approx 30 mpg (low for this bike) I am now getting 25 mpg.

I was told by -a mechanic that these bikes need to be run in the 3000-3500 rpm range. To me that seems high so when I had the bike hooked up to the computer, I trimmed back the valves by 2 and see that I got a -2 on the fuel change.... twisting the throttle to where I ride.... 2000-2500 rpm I see a fuel change that jumps to +10, at 3000 rpm only a +2. Of course, you need to add the -2 to that and to me that seems to be quite a jump.

Never the less, I should be getting 40 mpg, I AIN'T GETTING ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THAT. What can I do?

Can I just remove this powercommander? Are there parts that need to be replaced if I do?

HELP!!! Please!

Thanks
