That's a great little car.... it has some great pick up to it for only 100hp... at least the ones a couple of years ago did... that is when we test drove one. Only downside is it's a VW... not a bad car, just expensive to service, there are a lot of proprietary parts that can only be gotten through a dealership... least that is what I heard.

NICE!!! We may have to go do another test drive... the little woman wants to get rid of the F150 we have, she LOVES the Jetta. nice thing about the diesel is that if the world runs out of oil... you can make your own diesel.... Gotta love it.

Thanks for that information

I'm luck enough to have a round trip to work and back in under 10 miles. So no... when it's hot as hell, I'm in the car with A/C

nice thing about working from home, I go through a tank of gas about every 3-4 weeks. Unless there is the rare occasion I need to run across town.... I don't use very much gas anymore now that I have the bike. These people ain't getting any more than I HAVE to give them...

Wish they would come out with a diesel engine motorcycle. I'd buy one in a second. Screw big oil

Unfortunately, I don't think this will go into mass-production.

Nice find I want one!!!

Wonder what the engine sounds like... wonder if it sounds like a diesel or if it sounds just like any other cycle engine. Looking forward to seeing one of these in person one day.

Why is all this new technology coming from europe? Are they smarter than we are? Maybe when we hit 10.00+ a gallon like they have over there we will get a bit more serious about all this.

Well, all bikes don't sound the same right now so I'm sure it would sound alot different. Take my TL for example, it's a V-Twin superbike and it sounds nothing like the Inline 4's

Funny that you should say that about the gas price differences; when I was in Europe last May on vacation, I spent the same in dollars as I would have in the states to travel the same distance.

Did they come down? I remember when ours started going up, the Europeans on another board use to laugh cause they have been paying way more than we are. Told me to get over it... LOL

No, it's because many of the cars in Europe have twice the fuel economy as anything we have.

but I agree that the dollar isn't worth a shit, soon pesos will be worth more.

guess that's why all the new technology is coming from there and not here. Guess they are fed up supporting these oil tycoons.... I know I am. I'm about ready to go back to a horse and buggy...
