Now that the price of gas has gone up and up and up... are you ridding your bike more to save gas?

I'm luck enough to have a round trip to work and back in under 10 miles. So no... when it's hot as hell, I'm in the car with A/C

nice thing about working from home, I go through a tank of gas about every 3-4 weeks. Unless there is the rare occasion I need to run across town.... I don't use very much gas anymore now that I have the bike. These people ain't getting any more than I HAVE to give them... Wish they would come out with a diesel engine motorcycle. I'd buy one in a second. Screw big oil

Wonder what the engine sounds like... wonder if it sounds like a diesel or if it sounds just like any other cycle engine. Looking forward to seeing one of these in person one day. Why is all this new technology coming from europe? Are they smarter than we are? Maybe when we hit 10.00+ a gallon like they have over there we will get a bit more serious about all this.

| Guest Posts: n/a | Well, all bikes don't sound the same right now so I'm sure it would sound alot different. Take my TL for example, it's a V-Twin superbike and it sounds nothing like the Inline 4's

| guess that's why all the new technology is coming from there and not here. Guess they are fed up supporting these oil tycoons.... I know I am. I'm about ready to go back to a horse and buggy... | |
