I didn't know someone could scrape the pegs on a viffer. That'll be me out at RR eventually.

I've done it many times

Is actually easy to do because the pegs are lower than most sportbikes, and they have those peg-feeler bolts sticking out of them.

Freddy Spencer scraped his headers and centerstand when I was at his track school.

Amen brother. Sport tourers are the best of both worlds.

I couldn't get my knee down in pahrump until I took off the peg feelers. I needed that little extra lean angle. But now the pegs themselves are chewed up. Small price to pay.
