am i weird for thinking that everyone is out to get me when im riding?? I hardly ever take the main streets unless its after 730 on a week day....i never go down town late at night unless its on the strip...even then i ride off on the back streets.. when people follow to close i give them a sign to move back...if they dont i look for a path away from them....when im comming to a stop light i flash my brake lights...i only speed up to get away from the pack of cars . and i always ride in the middle lane.... sometimes i think im crazy...but then again looking threw the posts for the last few months....alot of people have been down....

No... it's actually a pretty valid fear/survival instinct. The mere fact that you are in a constant thought process when riding is a good thing.

Ask me why I don't want to ride in Vegas anymore...

been riding almost 5 years straight on vegas roads. This is an everyday occurrence, and is the only gut feeling you have that keeps you alive. One you lose it, i think , is when most people get into accidents. You need to ride everyday like everyone is trying to kill you.

I am always on alert when i'm out riding. They can come from any direction. Just listen to your instincts and if you think a vehicle is going to do something they probably are. If it gets to the point where your scared to ride the streets though, it's probably time to quit. Do track days to get your 2 wheel fix. It is dangerous, but at least to me the pleasure i get from riding outweighs the danger, at least for now. Be careful out there and ride your ride.
