Lake Mead to I15. All the On/Off ramps there are super slick. Specially the On ramp.

I've almost fallen over on my bike at a light because my boots started to slip out from under me on just a regular hot day. Nothing obvious sitting on the pavement either, just slick. I'm amazed how my tires can even get me around a corner out here.  | |

Plus when it's hot and cages overheat and puke out coolant on the road makes for slippery situations. Friday on the way home we saw a car that was overheating and puking a constant stream of coolant the whole time we were behind it. Good thing a bike wasn't behind it.
