When we were in Turkey we found something similar to that in our house. It freaked the fuck outta Leslie. I grabbed it with a paper towel and put it in a paperbag then put it in the trashcan outside. The next day I went out to check on it, and it had ate through the paper towel, & paperbag and was trying to eat through the steel trashcan. I figured enough was enough so I killed it and took it to the entamologist on base and they said it was harmless. That it was similar to the cricket in the USA. I told him that in the US the crickets can't eat steel.
