We've already had a MARS seminar on this topic. How to do it yourself requires the help of at least 2 other peeps. Lee Park's book covers the subject and several of the guys who took the Parks class understand the topic better than I. I'm sure another suspension help day will eventually will be planned.

As Matt mentioned, Lee Parks' book "Total Control" does a great job of describing the suspension setup process. You can pick up a signed copy of this book at the Cycle Gear on Pecos. (shameless plug for Lee) Another good place to go for suspension info is sportrider.com. Here are a bunch of excellent articles you can read to boost your suspension IQ.
