Cool paint and polishing, but too much of a project for what it is IMHO. Wiring issues can be simple, but odds are something is really fuckered up for this bike to be sold this low. I'd keep my eye out for a decent, running 00-03 Gixxer 750, if he is set on a seven-fiddy. How much is your buddy looking to spend?

He is a new rider so before i posted this I tld him to find a 600. I also said it solunds like the guy may not know exactly what he is talking about and it is probably not a good thing to get into but I would ask some peeps with a little more knowledge than me. Thanks for the input.

Elmendorf? That's fucked up. How's Mom taking it?

We look forward to seeing you when you come out.

Be safe, love you brother.

You'll love it up there... After the first winter...... Elmo is the better of the 2 bases in Ak, so you'll be fine. The first year will be a little tough, but once you get used to the lifestyle, you'll think nothing of the challenges of being in Ak....

I am super excited about going up there. I think it will be a great experience. Mom isn't real happy about it but she understands that i need to get some more experiences in order to progress my career in the future. I am looking forward to this assignment. I know a few guys up there already that went from McConnell, so I wont be totally "alone". Anyway thanks for the encouragement.
