Here's a couple of good pics to show how quickly you learn on the track.

First picture that Mike took, (pic of a printed pic) during my first trackday.

Second pic is just 4 months later at my 3rd or 4th trackday.

No problem.
Glad it helped out.

Donations...Hmm, what a good idea...
I'll have to think of where I can place some donation cans for my track days...

Freddy, why don'y you just take the frame off your bike, buy ALL aftermarket parts off different websites and build your own version of a bad ass trackbike..

Oh wait, that is what your doing!!!

Haha, LOL.
Yeah, I guess...

Or, I could just take the frame out and replace everything with aftermarket parts.

You gonna be ready to rock in 3 weeks?

I'm sure you saw my update to the STAR thread @ 702, but I'm going to be doing the school @ Miller in April. Too good of an opportunity to ride an AMA track!!!

I figured it would help when I accidentally bang something with it while moving it around the garage. Less chance of scraping some paint or something else.

But, as I found out, it is also a great stress reliever when I am trying to remove a stubborn bolt or fastener on the bike...
I can just pop the bubbles instead of pounding the bike with a hammer.
Remember, if you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!

Post more pics of the garage floor :)

LOL, I was serious. Look how clean and shiny that garage floor is.

My garage floor was painted a southwest red color right before I bought my house, but it doesnt look anywhere near as good as his floor does.

Anybody around here do epoxy garage floors?

I don't know how old Freddy's floor is, but mine is done the same color. I've been in my house 4 years now and it's not near as pretty as Freddy's, but it still functions really well none the less. All the flakes start to disappear over time and the color dulls...

actually I think Jimmy or someone was telling me how they did theirs. You can buy kits where you can do it yourself, you put a paint down, sprinkle the confetti around and then you put an epoxy over it..

I'm more of a computer and motorycyle guy, not really a paint the floor guy.

A little shocker at the track:

How long did it take, and can you do like half of the garage one day, then do the other half a couple days later? I cant have all my bikes, bike lift, toolboxes, and everything else sitting outside for 2 days waiting on the epoxy to cure.

I did the paint/flakes in the morning, clear coat that afternoon. Took about 1/2 hr to do the entire garage each time, paint about 4x4ft square of the color, sprinkle some flakes, then move on to another 4x4, wait about 8 hours clear coat, then I'd wait 3 days before you start moving stuff around on it. It dries to the touch within an hour or so. It's not hard, just get a foam roller.

Also to get the sprinkles on the vertical surfaces I would just paint some color on the surface, sprinkle some flakes in my hand and toss them on there....Good Luck!

Just to give you an idea I used 1 gallon of color, 1 gallon of clear, 2 bottles of flakes.
