The reason I didn't take the course last time was I thought you had to do it 7 consecutive days. After reading more info on the site it looks like you can do the classes on consecutive weekends so you don't have to take the time off work... Just thought I would let everyone know this, would be nice to see alot of SCS members as instructors. I think that would help create a good image and also help out with the club as well |

Application sent off saturday, I'll update when and if I get accepted. On a side note, if I go through the course and get my MSF instructor certificate I plan on using that for the benefit of SCS as much as possible. Stay tuned!! Oh, by the way, the weekend classes are in Carson City only. If you want to do the class in Vegas they only offer the 7 day class. |

After review of applications received by the Nevada Department of Public Safety, your application was approved and you are enrolled in the course, starting at 7:30 a.m. on March 16, 2009. You will receive an envelope containing course materials. Inside the front cover of a black binder, you will find a letter with specific information and your pre-course materials. Please start working on your pre- course assignment as soon as you can. Experience has show us completing that this assignment takes about thirty hours, and is due on the first day of class.
