I need to lock in volunteers for February 8th. Here is what we need.

Help with setup and strike at cycle gear and Moto Cafe. 8am setup Cycle Gear, strike after ride starts. Setup at Moto Cafe immediately to follow, strike at conclusion of event around 4pm.

Raffle Sales at Cycle Gear and Moto Cafe

Food at both locations. Coffee at CG and grill at MC

Ride leaders and sweep riders for ride. We are doing several smaller groups instead of 1 large one. Each group needs a ride leader and someone to ride sweep

Demo assistants. To help out with gear and later suspension demos.

Please post up what specifically you want to do.

As long as the ride will end up at MotoCafe before 12:15pm I can be a ride leader. I'll bring my neon Icon vest. I can help with setup if needed too. Can you list the times needed for each? Thanks.

We should be good. The setup at Cycle Gear is pretty simple. a table or two and a couple of coffee makers. I am also going to have the raffle prizes laid out so people can see what we have.

I will need more help at Moto cafe.

CHANGE IN SETUP TIME!

Gregg will not be there until 9 am to open up. So I would say to arrive at 8:30 for setup. It should be a fairly simple setup, so we should be ok
