Pat Clark is the authorized dealer in town. No one else is supposed to carry them. You can get them at Cycle Gear, but they have to order them in for you...

yeah no doubt, you would figure that the retail stores know that we get gear cheaper on line, but yet there prices are still high??!?!?! guess they dont like to sell shit.

Brands like Sidi, Dainese & Alpinestars mandate minimum sales prices to their official vendors. Even when you shop online most retailers require you to call in or send an email to get actual pricing because of this. Did you notice that when Cycle Gear had their Dainese sale at the beginning of the year there were no printed ads, just word of mouth and posts on forums? Every now and then I throw the local vendors a bone cause I know their hands are tied, especially if they're cool like Pat Clark, and not a bunch of pricks like Ride Now or Carter. The local guys have a lot more overhead to cover like the people working there, the facility (rather than just drop shipping like a lot of online retailers) and whatnot. I definitely support my local vendors whenever possible. I have enough coupons and hookups to accommodate this philosophy. Plus, you never know when you'll need those guys to help US out. Most of these vendors are always down to lend a helping hand when we have our events, so it's more than fair for us as a community to promote their services. (as long as they're not ripping us off in the process)

I've got a set of Sidi Vertigo Corsa Air. Great boot, with great protection. My only gripe is the external ankle brace hangs up on my rear sets when getting into heavier lean angles. For this reason, I switched over to the A* Supertech R because it has an internal ankle support and therefore it doesn't snag or hang up on my rear sets.

I ended up with the SIDI Vertigo Corsa Air. Great boot out the gate. Need break in time but feels good so far. Got them at Pat Clark and not a bad experience. Good help over there not an overbearing sales force. Als well informed on the product.
