...cause the majority of motorcyclists I know drink coffee before, during, and after their rides? Are you one of those? Does it give you any extra edge to riding? I know I feel pumped after a dopio espresso!

negative. made the move to Green TEA. Does the same thing coffee does, minus the jitters, shakes and has antioxidants to better clean your system. Not to mention coffee stains teeth, bad breath, etc... Ya'll should give green tea a try.. =]

oh yeah, should i also mention that lots of amounts of caffeine and or coffee upsets the prostate? Yup. suck that one up with your hot cup of joe.

yeah i dont do loose leaves hehe ill have to check what the content is on the box when i get home.... but holy shit look at the expresso.. that is crazy.

and what the fuck is instant coffee? no coffee i have is instant, i had to wait like 5 minutes.

200mg of caffeine in the morning and before workouts. Good stuff.  On a side note... ensure that you consume a decent amount of water if you use caffeine in any form, especially when riding in the heat. Caffeine is a diuretic and will dehydrate your ass in no time flat. P.S. A typical cup of coffee has about 100mg of caffeine.

Because most of my rides are long distance I try not to drink coffee when riding so I don't have to stop more than usual to  The Roadcrafter suit I wear is goretex, but I don't think it was intended for raining on the inside of it.Redbull seems to work when I need the pickme up on those long days in the saddle.
