I got a ticket up in moapa once, a 99 in a 65. I was actually doing 105+ when he clocked me, he just didnt feel like impounding me. When i drove up there to go pay the ticket, it was like a 190 or something maybe more, and the lady at the counter was surprised i drove all the way out there to pay and she wrote the ticket off... Worth a try!

i dunno how serious your tickets are but if its for speeding it shouldnt be too bad unless you were going faster then what i mentioned..
