Hey TiMMAY, glad you had a great first impression, now that everyone has given you a warm fuzzy feeling, we all can let you see what a bunch of assholes & lunatics we really are.

Nah, just kidding. We have riders come and go all the time, and I like to think that SCS is the perfect place to start (and even end) a riding career. There are still a few of us founding members here (I think 4 of us are left, out of the original 60+). I have yet to see a better club to ride with. We have peeps that ride everything from cruisers, 250 Ninja's, Hayabusa's and everything in between. From casual riders to hardcore trackday junkies (and at least one former racer).

So don't ever think that you are alone with your skills/ability. We are here to help and mentor riders of all skill levels and bike preference.

Due to a neck injury, I probably won't see you on a ride, but make sure you try to make it to the December meeting so the rest of us can meet you.

Now get back to reading all the old threads about our history :-)

I want to be at the meeting, but unfortunately I will be out of town, and any time I am in town I am working 7 days, from 6-midnight. BUT, once I get a place out here, I will be at every one that I have off...which isn't often. From now on, though, I'm going to see if there are any TWT's during my time off, and if there are, I will stay in Vegas a few days extra to make them. Sorry to hear about your neck injury.
