Best prices I've ever seen on these:

CycleSector.com

MICHELIN PILOT POWER 2CT SET 120/70 180/55 - $209.95 shipped
MICHELIN PILOT POWER 2CT SET 120/70 190/50 - $225.95 shipped
MICHELIN PILOT POWER 2CT SET 120/70 190/55 - $229.95 shipped

They also have the brand new Power Pure (replaces 2CT) at a great price...cheaper than regular 2CT pricing.

Great prices on other tires as well...

They ship from California, so they get to your door in 2 days.

Wonder how fresh are those tires? You have to be careful, places often unload a lot of their older tires with big sales.

When I got mine from Racer's Edge, they were less than 3 month old according to the date stamp, which is damn good.

That place moves several times more tires than racers edge.
Plus, the 2ct tires have not been out long enough to matter, and the power pure ones just came out.

But, I've ordered tires from these guys before, always new date stamps.
These are popular tires...they don't sit long at anybodys warehouse.

That's nice to know.

How old are they is usually my 2nd questiion, following how much? Not that it really matters to me since I wear my tires out every year.

Also from my understanding of the power pure it is in between the 2ct and the PP tires? SO the CT is still more of a race/track tire?

I am trying to find the chart greggo showed me..

-edit nope nm the power pures are the new hotnessssss

BT-003RS...I've used them at the track, on pats Hyosung, as well as on my 6R...Good stuff. Dont recommend them for street though, they last even less than 016 and comparable...

Here is your hookup: shipped: $229.95

It depends on what you are looking for and your style of riding.

Track ?
Street ?
Touring ?
Drag ?
Street with some track ?
Aggressive street ? (canyon carver)
Etc...

Pilot roads you might get more mileage out of but a lil less of the aggressive edge..

Pilot powers ive been riding on for 6+ years, awesome street and canyon carver tire.

if you were starting to do more canyon riding/track then street, id prob make the move to CT's

I have pilot road 2s on my ZRX. I used to go through Regular Pilot Powers every 3K miles (rear). I have 3500 miles on the pilot road 2 and still lots of tread.

Just as an update, the 2CT set is now $226 shipped...but still not bad. Anywhere else I've checked around here they have been $310 or higher (plus tax)...with that type of savings, it's worth waiting 2-3 days for them.
