5 years max, and maybe probation? I could hardly call that justice.

Maybe if they take away her driver's license too. That's the problem we have in the USA. Driving should be a privelidge, you F up, you take public transportation for the rest of your life. That would eliminate a lot of repeat DUI offenders and progressively take the worst or dangerous drivers off our roads.

Anyways, Everytime you come to a stop, watch your 6!

5 years is NOT long enough IMHO.. Apparently they don't have laws strong enough for that sort of offense.

Check out this site.. The victims son created this.. Its pretty eye-opening for sure.

Accident or foolishness...the punishment almost never fits the crime, especially when someone looses a life. I feel sorry for everyone involved.

Though I do find it odd that Greg Zaffke II wears black nail polish in tribute to his mom, Anita. Why would he use his moms death as an excuse to wear nail polish, instead of just coming out of the closet? I guess everyone deals with death differently. I mean my mom died as a direct result of a car accident...maybe that's why I have a fascination speed and cars? *shrugs

Side note: You know you think about guns way too often when someone writes "About FN time" and the first thing that comes to mind is FN Herstal.

Think of what happened to Gleno. She got probation a small fine and a failure to yield ticket. This is an area that really requires attention.

The punishments for breaking the law needs to be completely revamped. When smoking weed carries a harsher punishment than rape, you know something's wrong.
