I just got the HD motorsports and have taken video and now have an issue with what editing software to choose. I am an amatuer to say the least I have played with windows movie maker and burned DVD's but with limited editing mostly just burned what I shot. I downloaded a trial version of Sony Vegas 9.0b and am going thru the tutorials, wow overwhelming/confusing is an understatement. What are you guys using and is there something a little bit easier to learn or am I stuck trying to figure this out. Maybe take a class at csn or something

Vegas Vid "IS" da man to see.

I know his bride and him just got back from Kalifornia last night and are slammed this weekend. I'm sure he'll respond when he had a moment to catch his breath.

Not sure what consumer based editing packages will work. I use pro gear and edit with no problems. Eventually all of the consumer based programs will work. I believe Edius Neo will work. It is more of an intermediate program. Goto Grass Valley Home | Grass Valley

Thanks Vegas I'll take a look at that, I think I need to also upgrade some of my computer components to handle the HD
