Most states want to ban cell phones while driving, while these mo-rons are asking people to use cameras while driving. I see an increase in inattentive driver-type accidents. WTF,are cops trying to compete with politicians for the dumbest goobermit employee title.

Now Wll, you know that drivers will do it too if they don't have passengers. The sensation of being a tattle tale, and whiny ass sissy in this country is strong with the new generation. They were deprived of motorcycles, metal jungle gyms, dodgeball and actually earning a trophy with skill.

It's their atempt at making themselves feel usefull.
