Hi, I just joined. my dad had me on my first dirt bike when I was 6 years old and I've been riding ever since......so that's 31 years  , christ I just did the math. Anyway, I Just picked up an '07 FZ1 and I'm loving it, I know it's not a full out sport bike but it's all the bike I need. Hopefully I can get out and meet some of you, I'd really enjoy going on some rides.  I live right at Sahara and 215.

Thanks everyone! After my first post I was looking around the site and all that did was made me itch to go ride.....so I did, just got back from about a 65 mile ride around the city with no set destination. The night cooled off pretty good and the temp was perfect!!

i have a fz6 2005 i did have an ex650 that i had 2008 and it got repoed now i have to get this bike redone. but hay wecome to the site and welcome.dude i ride anytime just let me know when 656-4726 cheyenne- decatur.

Welcome, I ride the sister bike, FZ6. I selected the 6 over the 1 just because it's much more ecoomical, and have a larger fuel range between fill ups. They are great bikes, I like to consider the FZ's as the Swiss Army Knife of motorcycles. They can do just about anything. Canyon carver, long distance touring, and great commuter bike. The FZ1 forum is pretty popular and we have many of them registered on the FZ6 Forum as well.
