Ok...so I am needing some seriouse help here. I have ordered all of my custom parts for my new 2006 GSXR 1000. The problem I have is the actuall bike color, and I would like you guys to give me some input. I love the silver color...its kinda a grey. My fear though is that cars wont see me on the road at night. Also, I am afraid that everyone who buys the new bike will try and get that color... I like the red...but when we go ride...I see like 50 red bikes. Not that it is too many, because a good looking color is going to sell well, but I want to stand out. Then there is the blue. I love the blue and white...it might be my favorite color because they use so much white on the bike. But there again, its just typical suzuki color. I was thinking about buying the blue and white, and all the places that are light blue, have them re-painted to grey, and all the places that are dark blue, have them re-painted black. I could do rim trim in yellow and write GSXR and 1000 in yellow...any thoughts? I only have untill Feb 6th to decide...

Regardless of the color you pick, you're gonna find a bunch of peeps with the same color. Get the one you like most. I like the silver/gray color scheme like Moisty's Gixx.

I think I was more visible with green than I am now with silver and no decals, but I dunno how much difference it actually makes.
You can always accessorize to add visibility... Plus, a neutral color scheme gives you more color-matching options for gear.
I sound like such a girl, huh?

Suzuki has a new maroon colr for the gixxers that is SWEET! I have a picture from the LB M/C show I will have do dig up. Although the photo does not do the color any justice. It is awsome!
