need to find a shop

i need to find a shop that can either mount a tire if i bring a rim and tire in for a good price... or a shop that can sell me a tire and mount it if i bring a rim in for a good price i just bought power pures and after 800mi the rear picked up a screw and went in deep enough to flatten the tire after a couple hours i found a site that sells the power pure for 153 shipped but ride now is offering the same tire 220 out the door also includes picking my bike up from my house and putting it on. any suggestions? loooking to do this next week so i need help wuickly
