One option is using a different internet browser. A very popular option is Mozilla Firefox which can be downloaded here... www.mozilla.com Its free and has built in pop up blocker. Very awesome.

IE6 has a built in pop-up blocker as well. What version of IE are you running?

Yahoo toolbar is installed on mine and it kills pop-ups. I also have all the latest and greatest McAffee so that helps as well.

Also, you want to ensure that you are running SP2 as well.

the best malware scanner and remover ive found is http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/personal/

You can set up a free account with them and then you can use there product for 30 day trial. its one of the best ive seen, blows defender out of the water. They update there virus definitions and spyware defs as soon as a new one is found. They are absolutly awesome. I use this all over my network.

also www.getfirefox.com for the mozilla browser, it will save your from tons of popups and spyware.

If you are getting pop ups when you come to this site, then take arsons advice. Get a spyware/malware killer asap.
I have not added any popups to this site, so if you are gettin them here, they are coming from your system, not the sites you are visiting.

Thanks everyone for your suggs.
I down loaded the mozilla browser and its working excellent.

The only thing is that i have to use internet explorer to access the internet and then i have to open the mozilla browser. I dont know if i could set it so i can log in directly from mozilla.
For now i feel relieved.
