well on my trip to michigan i grabbed the newest issue of pb half way thru there a huge article on that alot of the gsxr and a few other bikes that have factor ti vavles are breaking the valve head and stem are 2 seperate parts and are friction welded toghter then machined smooth and true to save cost and time but this is a bad thing when people start putting on slip ons and changing fuel maps making the biek make more power and heat enough heat accordding to the article to break the weld of the valve stem to teh valve head and slamming these ti bits thru pistons into other valves and cylinder walls cause all sorts of fun. ill scan the article and post it up soon as i unpack my stuff
