1 I really like the idea of taping a crack pipe to the bike for the crackhead to use. I guess the real question is, why is he still parking there?

It sounds like this took place in San Francisco. I had to keep my bike there for 5 days while at a conference. The folks on warned me that crackheads would steal the sparkplugs if I left it on the street. Therefore, I kept it at a less convienent, yet safe, location - the BMW dealership!

Fuck'n crack heads...
