I was not there I was Ridding Banner grade last Weekend, but have been to Palomar several times since I have been down here. I did not Know "Sally" the 60 yoa woman that was killed this weekend but read about it on Sportbike West. It looks like this accident will bring a push to slow everyone down on Palomar. http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/n...i3palomar.html I would venture to say that something will come out of this rummble strips or groves cut in the road or something.

that definitely does suck! However I don't think that any permanent change will come from it. This isn't the first incident up there and i don't see how this could all the sudden change the minds of people there

RIP Sally. This appears to be another illegal u-turn (left turn) in front of a law-abiding rider. And another case of the media not having their facts straight. Be careful out there peeps...this situation could happen damn near anywhere. (and it does)

RIP Sally... It sure would be a great thing if there were a track in San Diego though... I'd probably move SOUTH!

There's a follow up report here http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/n...1mi10palo.html Reading the article CHP is blaming her for the truck turning left. Don't get that one.
