I always like to ride a few hundred miles when I ride. Explore new places and go and see new things. Here in San Diego I have been hitting all of the places that look good on Google Earth and seeing what is good to ride. I have found a few cool bars and hole in the wall places to eat. to me to ride less than 100 miles is almost a waste of effort.

Definitely long weekend trips, (1,000 + miles) Central Sierras are my favorite areas to ride. |

I definitely like the 300 mile rides. I wish I had more time to do some decent rides. Soon though...

Another vote for the more miles for more smiles. But then again I may be a bit nuts since I rode 1100 miles in one day for a taco once.

| Guest Posts: n/a | I like all riding, whether is be a 20 mile trip to an all day trip. Except when I go on long trips on the cruiser, I must stop alot, without a windshield, my arms can go to sleep without a break. |

As long as I have the ZX-9, I prefer around 200 miles or a good track day. If I get that Concours 14, I'll be happy to take long rides.

| A guy I work with picked up a Concours 14. The engine just sounds sexy, even with that ugly ass pipe.
