Triumph Attacks Cruiser Touring Market With Latest Version of Rocket III
By Dirck Edge

Triumph is introducing the Rocket III Touring as a 2008 model. With a version of the 2.3 liter 3-cylinder engine from the standard Rocket III retuned for greater low-end power, the touring model has a new frame, wheels, suspension, seat, fuel tank, instruments and lights. Lockable luggage is featured, as well. Handling of the new Touring has been carefully engineered, and the bike features narrower wheels, for instance.

Triumph is ready with more than 70 brand new accessories specifically designed for the Rocket III Touring.

Almost bought a rocket. However the day I went to get one, I found out that Triumph pulled their license from RideNow here in Surprise.... Ended up with my warrior, I like the bike, but it's not exactly what I was looking for.

Those rockets are very well balanced, it feels as light as a feather when you sit on them.
