Here's my chance to make everyone jealous. I am smoking a 12lb bird for us. Tom was on the grill and smoking at 12:30 figuring a 4-4.5hr smoke, so he has 3hrs to go. We have the windows open and the house smells friggin awesome (faint hickory smoke smell). I am hungry now!

Happy Belated Turkey Day to all. Ev and I did our traditional Hard Rock Cafe Blue Plate Special for Thanksgiving on the islands as always. This year it was Maui. He loves it when I cook...  BTW gas prices was $3.74 for regular up to $3.99 for premium. Those who run diesel...$4.14.
