I am planning another MARS meeting for next Wednesday January 9th at 6pm. It will be at my office (PM me for directions).

A couple of updates: Lee Parks has agreed to come out...free of charge (schedule permitting) to do a riding demonstration at the next event we plan. If you are not familiar with Lee Parks, he is a former racer and 15+ year moto-journalist. He is the author of the book Total Control (if you don't have it...go get it). He also runs several Advanced riding schools around the country. This is a huge deal!

I spoke with a gentleman at MSF and he is helping me with the application process for acquiring grant money for grass roots efforts like ours. This will help with much of the web and printing costs for the group as well as subsidize live events.

What will we discuss at this meeting: Formation of committees to move forward all aspects of our first live event. We will also discuss the web site and distribution of other tasks. Involvement in Glenos Memorial ride and how MARS can help/support the ride.
