In my hometown I remember back in 1984 or 1985 when our mainstreet went from a 4-way stop to a stoplight (the first one in town) when McDonalds was built on that corner, there were so many accidents because people would stop and then go, right through the red. Peeps ran that light for years. Dumb hicks.
