I Ride: Shift Red 2005 Yamaha YZF-R1
Hey all!

Well, I finally get to post first about something we did!* LOL* The Turkey Run went really well.* No problems with any of the bikes or anyone and it was a pretty good jaunt to go all the way down to Jean and back!*

Would have been nice if the food was a bit warmer, but was a pretty cool setup none the less.* I think we had a pretty damn good turnout of bikes and I hope to attend again next year.* At least then Donny and I can have someone else watch the bikes!* *

Oh BTW....sorry to Pat & Les for my "buffetting".* * * They thought a semi was in front of them.*

Some photos that I shot:

We're not even going to ask what Gleno is doing in this one:

All our bikes lined up at the 3rd stop of the day:

I Ride: On the back of my Baby's
I had a great time today. This was my first offical long ride since my neck surgery. I'm sore as hell, but nothing a heating pad can't take care of.

Pat and I stayed until the end with the 50/50 drawing. It came to 485.25 to the winner. Of course it wasn't us.

Pat did win a t-shirt through the number calling by John the President of the Red Riderz. When Pat went to get his prize John said some of the nicest things about our club. He said that last year some of the people finished the run but that Sin City was the only club to actually finish it. He said that our club has more balls than anyone there. He told everyone what a stand up club we are and how much he appreciates our support. How awesome is that? It seems everytime Sin City is at an event we get recognized by the club holding that event. This is such a great club to be in and I'm very proud to be a member.

Then...as we were leaving, a gixxer rider named Randy came up to us with his girlfriend Mindy asking how to become a member. We talked about the website, which he is going to check out and he is going to attend our next meeting. Our family is going to get bigger and bigger. This event was a success in more ways than one.

Another good time with the SCS family today. Good, safe riding as usual, and this, for a good cause.

Great to have everyone out that made it, and for those that missed it, hope to have you next time.

"Ok, you can help. We'll use your pictures. AH! These are...I'm sorry, these are going to be a help. I should have looked at these pictures before. I like this, uh, this is our first hotel room right? That'll intimidate Trotter. Here's one of me from behind. And I didn't think I could feel worse than I did a couple of seconds ago. Thank you. Ah, here's one of the tire marks. Could we get any farther away? What, did you shot this from up in a tree? What's this over here? It's dog shit. *Dog Shit!* That's great! Dog shit, what a clue. Why didn't I think of that? Here's one of me reading. Terrific. I should've asked you along time ago for these pictures. *Holy shit*, honey, you got it! You did it! The case cracker, me in the shower! I love this! That's it!"

I KNEW someone was going to go off on the car photo...uggghhh..

Only reason I caught that was to show the bikes behind the car in the front lot. NOT because of the car.

Good job on the "My Cousin Vinny" quote...hehehe...that was a great movie!

Ya, the food was good, but I think if it was even room temp it would have been better. LOL

The ride was cool (even though you made me do 161 mph in Jean!!!!! ), but the food was something that could have been better.

BTW...I AM watching the bikes.
