It was cold and drizzling on the way out to the sticks (boulder city) We ran into our esteemed President at the 76 station (sorry about that). I invited my neibor out today. He just got an '05 636. He has been outta riding for about 10 years, but was aching to get back on 2 wheels. This was his first extended ride. Robert and 2 of his buddies showed up as well as asstrix. It seems many of you were either too hung over or too scared of chilly weather to come out.

It was a nice leisurely ride, no incidents and very little traffic. It was really nice too see some new faces and put on a few miles.

On a side note...I just got a new lid..Scorpion EXO 700 with the antifog face shield. I love it! Fog clears instantly, the helmet is well vented and VERY quiet...very little buffeting. I als sported the full leathers today, and seemed to be the only one not freezing. Note to evryone else...get some winter gear and let's F'N MOTO!
