I Ride: your mom
Well what can I say. It was an awesome day to ride, found some new twisties as well as some old ones. We had a good group of riders today with Gunit, LVR6owner, VegasEric, GSXR_Wizard, Mr Pheer, 680 and myself. The wind sucked coming back fo shizzle but still was a great time.

I Ride: Shift Red 2005 Yamaha YZF-R1
I'm posting here because Gleno told me to.

LOL

I agree...it was an awesome ride going out and through the Gorge coming back. After that, the wind was pretty bad, but it still constituted a great ride. Always great to get with SCS peeps for a ride.

Glad you guys had a nice safe ride today.. The WX report was a bit misleading, the wind today was not fun.

I Ride: 2005 Suzuki Hayabusa LE/2007 Suzuki GSXR600/2000 Honda CBR600F4
Yea, it was a great ride even though the wind was kicking much ass on the way back. The Busa was a great mount for this particular ride.

I Ride: a jet
I guess I need a real sportbike with some sticky tires. At some points I had the Interceptor's throttle pegged and you guys were still pulling away.

And VTEC engagement in a curve is a little scary

You tell me, sir...you gave me the nick name. LOL!!!

That's okay Mr. Pheer...trying being right behind their tailpipes (Josh & Eric) and think you're hangin' and havin' a blast and all of a sudden they roll on out of the corner (same time you do) and they just leave you. I wanted to cry and I wanted my R1 back!!! LOL

But was a great ride until the wind. DOHHH!

I read something about improvements on the Vtec ingagement being lowered to 6400 and that makes that prob you have go away, but that is on the newest model.. Matt, your R1 wouldn't have had a chance either... I have had trouble with dem damn ZX10's pulling on me for a sec or two then the Busa gets angry and reels them in.. They were just showing off.
