Glad to see you back to normal. You seemed a little off there for a while, but after talking to you at the scavenger hunt and the monthly meeting you seems to be in good spirits. Like you said, put the past two months behind you and look forward to the brighter days.

yeah, really a shame he has gotten back his memory...
I could have really had some fun with it

Even our insurance guy had some fun with it *Barry you kill me*
He calls to talk to Will and they speak for a few minutes. Will hangs up the phone....
it rings again two minutes later, its Barry , our ins. guy...he says ,
"just wanted to see if you remembered talking to me"
AHHAHAHAHAHAH

Went to the orthopedic surgeon today. Collarbone is still broken but slowly healing, the Dr predicts another 4 or 5 months to be fully fused. Pretty much said the same thing as before... continue doing what is comfortable to do and dont be playing football or anything like that and dont lift heavy objects. Come back in 2 months for another xray.

I'd been having a problem with my right ankle since the crash which has become much more aggravated over the past few weeks. After taking some xrays and then poking around he determined it to be a tendon injury, hooked me up with a cortizone injection into the ankle and a steroid prescription to promote faster healing. This is the best my ankle has felt in 4 months.. I can walk normal now and go up & down the stairs without any pain. Cortizone is some good shit.

Other than some slight pain in the shoulder area every once in a while, the ankle problem (which feels much better now) and some mobility issues with my right hand (it just doesnt 'work right' sometimes) I pretty much feel back to normal.

Of course, having a new Interceptor in the garage kinda makes me forget what pain I have left anyway

It was time to see the Dr again today.

What a difference the x-ray showed this time. I can actually see the new bone growth that has fused the broken collarbone together. The Dr said its pretty much healed but still take it easy for 3 more months and then come back for a new x-ray.

This time I took my digital camera and snapped a pic of the x-ray. Its a large pic so you gotta click it to see.

You can see the break that has fused back together, although its not aligned up like it should be. You can also see where the three broken ribs have healed.

I'm a happy camper today

Glad you healed up well Pheer. I saw you at a couple of the Gleno events, didn't want to bother ya then. It would be nice to meet sometime. Gleno helped me out when I crashed my KTM a year ago, came to the hospital too... I miss that guy! Anyway, looks like you are really doin' well healin. Looking forward to meeting you and Wheatie sometime in the near future.

Take Care,

Doc

Great to hear Will. I tried viewing the xray here at work and the firewall block it because it came up as porn. Guess I'll have to wait until I get home.
