NO, no steroids. All natural 210lbs. 6 meals a day with a casein shake at bedtime, men's multi-vitamins, BCAA tabs, 375-425 grams of protein a day, cardio morning, weight lifting at night, no refined sugar, no hydroganated oils, no enriched flower.

I'm cutting weight right now b/c my knees were killing me while rucking in these mountains!!!! There freaking HUGE and STEEP!!! I'm on the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan (East Pakitka). I weigh about 300lbs with my gear (rucking an assault bag), but EASILY GAIN 25lbs+ with ruck sack. I'm down to 195-197lbs right now, and I'm working as an RTO on the graveyard shift to get some recovery time- my knees are shot and I broke my metetarsol bone with several stress fractures in my left foot (too much rucking+too much weight= broken foot bones!!!).

Anyway, POST BACK ON TRACK-

as much as i can remember, when i was wrestling in highschool, everybody always talked about diets, i had never followed them, but still kept my weight? and stayed chisled for quite some time after. only thing i took was creatine. i did try a 3 month trial of steriods, i gave me alot of power, but with that came alot of agression, it was the dumbest thing i had ever done to my body.
glad you can stay on a diet like that. i cant, thats why im a fat fucker. lol. be safe out there and heal fast.
