Just wondering since I'm putting mine up for sale but I still owe on it therefore my bank holds the title. Does this create a huge asspain? Gonna be harder to sell?

Not a huge deal, but yes, just a little tuogher than handing the buyer the title out of your hand.

Can be handled several ways. Dependant on who is the lienholder. If it's your bank, then you and the buyer go to the bank and trade $$$ for the title. No worries. If it's an out of state bank/credit union....he'll send certified funds, and at your request, the title will be mailed to him. That involves a tad of trust, or belief on both parts.

There are several ways......just need to be creative. If I can help just ask.

yea, wanna buy another bike j/k The bank is USAA so they're not right around the corner and that was my main concern. I'm gonna post it up here this weekend and since you're offering help do you mind if I throw in a Gleno stink pickle if it makes a sale?

If you have a good credit should be easy you can use your credit card or go to your bank and ask for a unsecured personal loan, the other option if you have a house is a credit line… If you have god credit don’t hurt going to the bank and explaining your needs…

Ah yes......more examples of creative financing. As I said, there are multiple ways to make it happen. The trick is......finding the right buyer.

Well the point is to get a clean title, … then anyone is the right buyer as long as they can afford it… will be title on hand .
Now that’s with good credit , with bad credit have no idea what to do .

Can't justify the payment and insurance to ride once every couple of months. Just don't have the time anymore.

Some good advice here. I do have good credit (last time I checked it was 718) so I'll get with my bank and see what we can work out. I agree that with title in hand it makes it a lot easier. Thanks for the info, all

Hey…I buy the side car from you… for Gleno…. j/k…. good luck… my bank usually sends me those letters for unsecured personal loan, interest rate around 10% but since you want to sell it doesn’t mater and is not attached to anything… a credit line usually has an annual fee that some banks wave for the first year, works as a second mortgage so interest are deductible from you taxes… BTW I don’t work for a bank or financial firm, just giving some ideas.
